We provide individual service for buying and selling real estate. We work directly with you throughout your real estate transaction. We have extensive experience in research, negotiating, contract language, and escrow proceedings.
Tony has been a full-time real estate agent since 1993 with Windermere Real Estate. He is a Managing Broker, Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE) and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES). During his career, he has built a knowledge base of residential real estate listings and sales including resale, new construction, land and 1031 tax exchanges.
He is very knowledgeable in properties in the Greater Puget Sound area including neighborhoods such as Bellevue, Medina, Clyde Hill, Mercer Island, Kirkland, Redmond, Issaquah, Newcastle, Bothell, Seattle, Snoqualmie, Fall City, Carnation, Duvall, Renton, and North Bend.
He has a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Montana, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from Montana State University. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Washington Association of Realtors--Seattle, the King County Association of Realtors, and the Northwest Multiple Listing Service.
LeeAnn is also a Managing Broker and has over ten years of real estate experience including residential property management. She has an Associate of Arts from Highline Community College and attended the University of Washington, studying business management.
She is an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist™ (CLHMS), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES),  a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Washington Association of Realtors--Seattle/King County, and the Northwest Multiple Listing Service.
