Tony Guidotti

Tony has been a full-time real estate agent with Windermere since 1993. He is a Managing Broker and a Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE). During his career, he has built a knowledge base of residential real estate listings and sales including resale, new construction, land and 1031 tax exchanges. Tony has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Montana, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from Montana State University. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Washington Association of Realtors--Seattle, the King County Association of Realtors, and the Northwest Multiple Listing Service.

LeeAnn Guidotti

LeeAnn is a Managing Broker and has over ten years of real estate experience, including residential property management. She has an Associate of Arts from Highline Community College and attended the University of Washington, studying business management. LeeAnn is an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Washington Association of Realtors—Seattle/King County, and the Northwest Multiple Listing Service.
